In the modern conditions intellectual capital is one of the most important sources of competitiveness of enterprises. The improvement of intellectual capital is the way to increase the competitiveness of enterprises. The research problem is formulated by the question: what influence does intellectual capital make on the competitiveness of modern enterprises? The aim of paper – to determine the influence of intellectual capital makes on the competitiveness of enterprises. Object of paper – the influence of intellectual capital on the competitiveness of enterprises. Work tasks: 1. To set the research level of the influence of intellectual capital on the competitiveness of enterprises and to disclose the evaluation problems of the influence of intellectual capital on the competitiveness of enterprises. 2. To analize the scientific concept, features, structure, dimensions and elements of the intellectual capital. 3. To set the evaluation criterias and indicators of the influence of intellectual capital on the competitiveness of enterprises. 4. To prepare the evalution model of the influence of intellectual capital on the competitiveness of enterprises. 5. To disclose links between intellectual capital dimensions and the competitiveness of enterprises in Lithuanian logistics companies as an example. |
