Abstract [eng] |
The growth of information and communication technologies, which is determined by the constantly created and changing new systems of micro electronical, computer and programming equipment, also determines the changes of using various computer programmes in organisations. The business environment becomes more complex due to the organisations’ functional divisions which require more and more interfunctional data streams for decision making, timely and effective buying of materials, inventory, accounting, human recourses, sales and managing the supply of service. While searching for new ways to help the organisations gain a strategical and competitive advantage, the necessity for business management systems grew significantly during the last two decades. |
