Abstract [eng] The continuously changing needs of consumer and market compose conditions under which companies do not have enough financial resources and management methods, in order to occupy a larger market share. The increasing globalization scale determines the international and local trade expansion, while forcing companies continuously improve their specifications of activities and find new means and methods enabling them to remain competitive in the market. Carefully targeted evaluation of criteria determines the optimal management solutions that increase competitiveness.
