Abstract [eng] The relevance essence of this thesis is based on dominant CSR factors importance and its benefit of indeterminacy trend to the enterprises when increase of CSR importance is still hard to define which CSR encouraging factors can create the highest added value to enterprise and its environment. The thesis objective is to formulate and evaluate CSR theoretic model of promoting factors. The tasks that were planned and implemented are given below: to reveal CSR conception expression when highlighting socially responsible business paradigm; to identify internal and external CSR factors as well as to formulate CSR promoting factors model; to prepare CSR promoting factors evaluation methods with reference to teoretical model; to evaluate CSR promoting factors in Lithuanian enterprises and to present research data interpretation.
