Nowadays, business has to face many challenges, including meeting the increasing needs of customers and a huge rivalry. Changes in the business environment force to look for ways to overcome arisen difficulties. One of the options is the implementation of the enterprise recourse planning in company’s activities. Although due to continuous improvements and different scientific evaluations, it is impossible to precisely define the enterprise recourse planning, yet it is best understood as a unified organization's information management system covering all the company's activities and contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the business process. Thus, the planning of competitive and evolving business cannot be imagined without the help of ERP, however, there is the lack of information about ERP implementation, and it results in an underestimate in systems benefits or potential harm. |
