Abstract [eng] It is difficult for alcoholic beverages industry to be competitive during the processes of globalization and widening of international market. Due to market filling and a lower number of costumers, it is essential to look for new development opportunities. This is possible only ensuring a high level of industry sector competiveness, analysing and evaluating a present competiveness situation in the market. In the master`s final paper was evaluated competitiveness of Lithuanian alcoholic beverages industry. It is important to ensure a local and international competitiveness in alcoholic beverages industry, because the sector’s efficiency and input to the country’s economy depend on that.
