The use of tire polymer fiber in cement systems was examined in the master thesis. During the preparation of the thesis, 40 literature sources were analyzed, 6 tables and 14 figures are used in the work. Composite specimens of different ratios were formed, consisting of conventional Portland cement and polymer fiber, as well as environmentally friendly binder and polymer fiber. The samples were made using Portland cement CEM I 42.5 R. An environmentally friendly binder was obtained by saving cement stone, replacing it with pozzolanic additives, and adding an accelerator - sodium sulfate. The most optimal composition of the environmentally friendly binder was determined. The determined composition of the binder was: 80 percent. Portland cement, 20 percent. pozzolanic additives and 0.25 percent. of sodium sulfate from the total weight of the starting materials. The binder strength of this composition increased by +13,60 percent. compared to controls. The samples were analyzed in terms of: density of the composite samples, which ranged from 343 to 1044 kg/m3, conditional thermal conductivity values, material strength, and other characteristics. It was also found during the experiments. The specimens were also examined for their strength. The strength values of the normal specimens whose strength was determined were 0,024 MPa; 0,064 MPa; 0,103 MPa. And for samples with an environmentally friendly binder, analogously: 0,102 MPa; 0,199 MPa; 0,516 MPa. Thus, it could be observed that the samples with environmentally friendly binder had higher strength. |
