Final project of the master study analyzes transition of youth as a specific social group from educational system to labor market. Herein interaction of education and labor market systems is examined. Since in today’s global world labor market has been developing rapidly, policy of labor market should also be developed in the same pace. This master’s project presents European Union and Lithuanian youth employment situation as well as programs and means that aim to improve youth employment and reduce youth unemployment rate. |
