Abstract [eng] The master thesis briefly describes and provides information about the architectural solutions, the building project location and climatic conditions. The constructive part deals with two different types of truss (cold drawn steel rectangular hollow sections and combined metal - wood) assess their technical - economic indicators, the optimal variant for further structural design of the building. Also at work was calculated continuously forming hollow core reinforced tightrope floor slab, pile foundation, which is installed by (CFA) in a continuous helical drilling technology and reinforced concrete rectangular column. Prepared structural drawings of calculated constructions. Technological - organizational section detailing work process and sequence of the pile foundation and quality standards for the structure. Work safety section describes the basic safety requirements for construction, fire safety measures, environmental requirements, pile foundation work safety assessment analysis, provides instructions and guidelines for workers' safety and health of the rules on certain types of work. The economic part is carried out, the two previously mentioned roof-bearing structures, the price comparison, estimated calculations and diagrams presented as visual material to portray local estimates of indicators. The work consists of 10 main parts: architectural, structural, technological - organizational, safety, economic, research, conclusions, references, graphic, accessories. Volume of work - 152 p. text without extras, 78 pictures., 26 tables., 3 graphs, 79 bibliographical sources, 6 A1 drawings of leaves. Appendixes.
