Companies which want to stay competetive and strong in the market have to implement newest technologies and stay and stay up to date in this section. Obviously marketing and management stratiegies have to be balanced as well. Production process research was done in timber work based company. The goal was to analize how the process is developed, investigate it and provide new solutions in making this process more effective. You can find literature research,definition and improvement of production in the first part of my dissertation. The second part is about work object,opponents and production users. Moreover, overview of production output and SWOT analysis were done and are written in this part. The third part is about scheme of sequence, Gantt graphs, description of suggested machine nailing lines for company, stream diagrams and payback period. References and conclusions for company are written in the last part of the project. |
