Public transport systems is relevant because the public transport is one of the priority sectors of economy, which is reflected in the country's development process. Public transport system in the organization is affected by the political environment, different political changes. Society unintentionally understand the purpose of public transport in the city. The cities public transport services, working in unison, there is no uniform system. E-ticket creation process is not coordinated. To ensure efficient public transport system optimization and successful organization it is necessary to carry out regular passenger surveys, to explain what the residents need to travel in real time, for what purpose they are traveling. Problem: The public transport system in Kretinga district municipality is ineffective. The object of research: the public transport system Kretinga district municipality.
