Abstract [eng] Precast concrete elements being more and more popular not only in local, Lithuanian market, but also in other European countries markets demand for these products grow. Finnishing wall slabs can be construction, thermalinsulation, wiring, plombing, openings forming, decorative wall partition and etc problems solution. Slabs manufacturing technology is analyzed in this work. Due to quality relief surface of a slab it is chosen self-compacting concrete (SCC) for manufacture. This type of concrete lets eliminate vibration demand during manufacturing process and ensures quality facing surface. By using recycled concrete dust in production line natural resources is saved. Also European Parliament and Council regulation 305/2011 and seventh esential builing requirement „Sustainable use of natural resources“ is implemented. This type of concrete lets to eliminate demand for vibration in manufacturing and also ensures perfects casting surface due to small fractionof concrete and recycled concrete microfiller. In research work recycled concrete grinded and non grinded dust influence for self compacting concrete mechanical and longevity properties was investigated. It was replaced from 10 to 30 % of cement mass by recycled concrete dust. In final thesis it is presented factory, where slabs are being made project. Technological, organisational and constrctional calculations were made and production line analyzed.
