Relevance of the subject. Textile and clothing industry around the world has a long tradition. In some countries it is recognized as one of the most important industries. Textile and clothing sector performs an important place in the national economy in Lithuania. However, changing the situation in international markets, rapid technological change, make existing companies advantages disappear and then appear problems associated with this industry branch. During the massive competition in this industry branch, there is more difficult to choose the right business strategy, which could maintain competitive production and also keep effective volumes in export of the companies. |
