The Master`s Final Project designs technology of production of reinforced concrete slabs for septic tanks. The slabs are produced on conveyors. The designed production building is adapted to the production line and meets the essential requirements for structures. The constructional part designs a reinforced concrete pillar withstanding loads put on it and holding the building constant and stable. The thesis presents calculations of the technological line. Durations of performed production operations, number of pallets on the production line, dimensions of the slab solidification chamber, number of mixers have been designed and calculated. The price of the plant construction and the costs of equipment implementation have been calculated. The cost of the product has been set. The safety at work part sets and assesses occupational risk, safe production, occupational hygiene and fire safety at workplace. The most optimum and most suitable concrete for the products has been selected from five different concrete compositions with the help of research methods. |
