Agile Project Management has been developed following the observation that traditional project management has a number of drawbacks. First of all, it was introduced by the information technology sector. Currently, this method becomes popular in other business sectors. Using this method project development phases become shorter, more effective and more profitable. The project implementation approach was easy to develop, so it became known as „agile“ project management, also called Agile project management. |
