The object of the thesis: the transport services companies of Utena town transporting load with heavy vehicles on international and local routes. The purpose of this thesis: to carry out an analysis of the possibilities of the optimization in the transport services based on the transport sector of Utena town. It was analysed the theoretical aspects and features of transport services, theoretical models of road transport‘s optimization achieving the objective of the thesis. It was made the analysis of the logistics companies acting in Utena town based on the research of Utena district‘s development in this sector. After the research of the acting logistics companies in Utena were formulated the recomendations for these companies to improve and optimize their services. |
