The work consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions and recommendations. The first part presents female migrants' work-life balance problems, such as modern migration‘s flows qualitative and quantitative change, and the challenge posed by these developments migrant women and their work and personal time balance. The second part results of women migrant labor specifics, as well as work and personal time essence, and its impact on women's psychological well-being analysis. The third part provides migrant women work-life balance compatibility methods. The fourth part of the study presents research results and a comparison of these results with other similar studines. Also in rhis part presenter plan for future research directions in this problematique. Summarizing the study can say that the population analyzed (Lithuanian women migrant-European countries) has quite a good work-life balance. An investigation showed that migrant women do not experience stress because of the excessive workload at home interfere with work or because of the excessive amount of work caused by stress in personal life. The results showed that the most stress on the work-life balance feel middle-aged (31-50 years old) migrants. |
