The paper analyzes Lithuanian round wood export development to the China market. The aim of the analysis is to submit the evaluation of the export development assessment and provide the most efficient managerial solution. The paper consist of five parts. First part indicates the problem analyzed. It is observed, that internationalization is inseparable from business development and dynamics .In order to remain profitable and growing business, companies has to continuously monitor business environment , make implementations and to go hand in hand together with business tendencies. The export drivers is analyzed, round wood business is presented. Second part presents theoretical findings. It was revealed that the internationalization is a systematic development model, export is one stage of the model that provides the least risky international business model. It was identified, that international activity is influenced by complex of various internal and external factors with competition factor included. Third part presents the research methodology. complex of methods selected. Empirical methodology consist of qualitative expert interview and PESTEL analysis . Fourth part consists of research results and discussions, and the last Fifth part presents conclusion and recommendations. The practical value of the thesis is the final presentation of the findings to the companies that were observed on empirical research part and are exporting to the China market. The managerial solution for the export development and further recommendations will be provided to the business management. |
