Abstract [eng] The aim of the final work is to design economically rational, heating system that meets the needs of the entire district heating needs, using renewable energy sources. taking into account the geographical and geological situation of the district. The research of use of renewable energy resources in district heating plant, renewable energy potential and the analysis of district heating systems research is introduced in the research part of final work. The heat producing heat pump system is designed in one of buildings in the block. This heat will be used to heat buildings in the district. All of buildings in the district are designed in a centralized independent type of heating system. hot water is prepared separately for each building. The coolant is supplied to the heat exchangers located in buildings, from which it is distributed to the individual building systems. radiant floor heating is provided. Final work consists of an introduction and explanatory notes. Explanatory notes consist of: research part, architectural part, building engineering systems and equipment part, economical part, conclusions, literature and the accessories.
