Abstract [eng] Market economics leads to the development of economical analysis, first of all on the micro level that is the level of individual businesses, because namely the separate business units (various forms of ownership) form the ground of the market economics. The analysis of company’s economic efficiency is necessary not only to the company’s leadership to evaluate financial situation of the business, but also to many interested parties, who are directly involved in company’s economical activity. In the conditions of market economics, analysis has to provide not only the evaluation of implemented plans and financial-economical activity, but also exclude, analyze and focus the resources of economical and social development, help to make optimal strategic and management decisions.
