Abstract [eng] In conclusion of the master thesis investigated the possibility of secondary raw materials. An overview of global trends with the use of secondary raw materials. These days, the construction sector generated relatively large amounts of construction waste. In order to prevent the ecological and economic disaster, it is suggested that there is possibility that waste construction materials can be recycled and reused. Scientists from various countries have examined trends in the use of re-cycled materials in the products and constructions. In this thesis it was studied that it is possible to use crushed concrete rubble instead of do-lomite rubble in the construction of temporary carriageway roads, welfare, and the basics under the structure. The resulting value of deformation modules E meets the requirements of the Republic of Lithuania. Eco - economic approach to the use of secondary materials is useful for incoming me-chanical and physical properties. In economic terms, it is cheaper to install foundations with crushed concrete rubble compared with respect to dolomite rubble.
