The purpose of this master final work – design load bearing structures of a public building and analyse building construction works including preparation for these works and work organization. The object is 2235,26 sq.m. area, library in Biržai town. The building is designed in vacant lots J. Bielinio and Radvilos streets. the paper describes the construction of the regulatory and legal conditions for the building of the architectural, structural solutions . The main part consists of the structural part, where the bored piles, monolithic grillage, reinforced concrete columns and frame beams, steel roof beam are designed and two types of precast slabs were compared. After comparison, formed a assembly technology card for most cost-effective construction. The end of this work describes the main principles of work organization, safety and environmental protection requirements. |
