Abstract [eng] In the current economic conditions, some of small and medium business can survive in a competitive market, only when focusing on delivering human resources – staff. The company must invest in human capital, if it wants to survive in a competitive market and flourish successfully. Having lots of employees, investments in the development and training in them is a huge burden at a significant cost. There are also companies with seasonal production. For such companies employment of workers, their training often become even detrimental. Due to these reasons, there appears the definition of hiring employees. Hiring of employees can be useful not only for businesses with seasonal activities, but also to those that engage in short term or temporary work projects. Thus, the employment of temporary workers by hiring them from the Enterprise allows the parent company to cut costs and workers tenant to find temporary work.
