Master thesis projects in the education organization's success factors. Treatment Issues describes the problem: what determines the success of the educational project? The aim - to investigate the educational projects operating success factors. The first part analyzes the challenges for education projects and the problems of education in order to successfully implement the project. The second part deals with the design concept, widely analyzed what are the educational success of the project and how each of them operate in the education project. More analysis of the project risks, what it consists of and how it works. The third part presents the research methodology. Provided - as was the questionnaire for which respondents were interviewed. The fourth section analyzes the results of the research that shows what part of the most educational projects success and what should be changed. In order to effectively manage education projects, it is important to take into account the project encountered difficulties and try to avoid them. The analysis of the successful aspects of the project can be said that the success of the project requires accurate planning and management activities provided for.
