In today’s competitive environment, it is highly important for businesses to adapt to constantly changing external factors as well as to carry out various internal processes relating to management, administration and organization of activities by deploying optimal resources, thereby achieving the best performance. Only a strong, constantly developing and adapting organization can remain competitive and retain advantageous position in the market. Construction sector generates about 8 per cent of the total GDP of most countries throughout the world, including Lithuania; therefore, it is very important for construction companies to remain strong with the longest possible life cycle and best performance, which can be achieved, for example, by adapting to various external factors, deploying innovations or optimizing management, administration and activities. |
