Citizens/employees should be included in the process in a way they progress and comprehend sustainable development as well as apply it in their private life and convey in organization. According to the mentioned above, the following issue was formulated - how an individual guides himself/herself in private life by provisions of sustainable consumption and how this efffects his/her behaviour at work? |
