Nowadays, in order to establish a place in the market, expanding manufacture companies focus on the quality of labor resources, knowledge and innovation. Competitiveness is determined by a lot of factors – installation of innovative technologies, application of modern business methods, international trade and establishment of online business. All companies, manufacturing or not, seek to establish a better position in the market to increase the profits which is a way to establishing long-term competitive advantage. Improvement of competitiveness of manufacturing companies by diversifying activities, improving quality and installing innovations guarantees popularity among consumers. |
