There are about 700 officers in early retirement for various reasons every year, also – about 200 soldiers are among them. The total number of retired soldiers was more than 3000 persons in 2014. Only a third part of them were in labor market. A new life phase after retirement requires high flexibility to adopt to new environment and it’s demands. It is hard to militaries to accommodate to the demands of the labor market leaving the military structure. The integration of soldiers into labor market helps to solve employment and economic problems. Therefore, it is especially important to find out what opportunities have the retired soldiers integrating in job market. |
