Abstract [eng] Raised paper problem- the coming of Z generation, which causes a lot of inconvenience enterprises, as the employers are not awere of this generation and the companies are worried about this. The emplyment of this new generation is influenced by the lack of employees, even in the media they are described as incompetent and lazy people. The goal of this paper- to analyse the factors which motivate Z generation by carrying out the overview of their distinctive features and by studying the factors, which encourage motivation of this generation to give recommendation for motivation. In the theoretical part it is introduced the Z generation in aspect of other generations, it is explained given reasons why it is necessary to investigate the Z generation. We also gave details about the analysis of world wide scientific studines in which the conclusions, results are presented and compered with each other. In the practical part of the paper it is overviewed the motivation system and its benefit for companies. In order to motivate Z generation it is set the basic motivation factors and created the model of motivation, according to which the survey of this agents of Z generation is carried out. On the basis of the analysed results it is given factors, having influence on motivation and relevance of it. The knowledge of these factors will help compenies to keep their emploees as long as possible, and also will help to form the motivation system in the correct way.
