To sum up, the scientific literature and the research which includes structured interview and analysis of its content concludes that the thesis provides information on: how to adequately assess innovative projects and improve their possible results: • To apply managerial method of assessment for the evaluation of the projects: “The Method of Four Actions”; • Together with the qualifications and experience, the method enables to apply the “lessons” learned for the future projects; • It is possible to reach maximum possible results if the mistakes are avoided and the aforementioned aspects are applied in every part of the cycle of the project. |
