The variety and supply of tourism types and it‘s services determinates the certain kind of consumers. The landscape of the different regions, historical and cultural objects of heritage, conditionally good road network creates auspicious conditions to the tourism. Nevertheless, the growing concurrency, globalization, innovations, increasing demands of consumers, stimulates the challenge of great number of cultural tourism institutions to ground their activity on the projects management, leaving traditional management of organizations far behind. The transformation from traditional to the project organizations raises new challenges and requests. |
