Abstract [eng] |
Increasing the efficiency of energy production by implementing cost-effective equipment and decreasing energy use in buildings is a challenging task, which needs a complex solution. Most thermal power boilers already have high-efficiency boilers and flue condensing economizers installed. One of the additional energy saving solutions is the use of a heat pump for additional waste heat recovering from flue gas. In this work, we have analyzed the literature related to the realization of waste heat, the search for improvements in the technology and new methods of application. The work examines the application of a heat pump, UAB Šilutės šilumos tinklai in Šilutė boiler house, waste heat recovery after the primary economizer. The technical parameters of the boiler house are introduced, the historical meteorological data of the area are reviewed. Energy analysis of absorption and compressor heat pumps was performed, based on the obtained data, an economic calculation was made as to which type of heat pump is the most economically favorable. Calculations have shown that the payback period of the absorption heat pump is shorter. |
