Abstract [eng] In this work, the fatigue and fracture mechanisms of polymeric materials are reviewed. Fatigue studies of 3D printed polymeric materials and polyvinyl fluoride (PVDF) material properties were investigated. Bioimitation lattice constructions are briefly presented. This study investigates three types of sheet lattices - Gyroid, Primitive, and Diamond. The research work consists of two parts. In the first part, cyclic fatigue tests were performed on standard tensile specimens. Which have 3D printed from PVDF-C copolymer material with three different infill patterns. The S-N and stiffness degradation curves were generated using cyclic test data collected from different stress levels of the ultimate tensile strength with a stress ratio R (0,1). In the second part of the research, quasi-static tensile experiments were performed on non-standard tensile specimens. The PVDF-C multilinear material model is based on experimental findings. A finite element analysis was performed using specimen CAD models to verify experimental results. .
