Abstract [eng] The final master‘s project examines the application of massive open online courses and open educational resources in women‘s entrepreneurship and leadership development. This topic is very relevant because women all over the world are obliged to combine family and work responsibilities that often demand perfecting their competencies. During the pandemic, there was a greater need to develop competencies remotely, in cyberspace, which provides more mobility and opportunities to combine a convenient time and location when studying independently. A study which surveyed the Business Women‘s Association found that ant all women have tried to improve their competencies using a massive open online courses and open educational resources. In this way, the problem has arisen that women, part of Business Women‘s Association, do not have enough opportunities to develop leadership and entrepreneurship skills. Based on the problem, the aim of the work is to create a learning system plugin that improves the opportunities for members of the Business Women‘s Association to develop business and leadership skills. The final master‘s project analyzed the massive open online courses (MOOC) and open educational resources(OER), moreover their use for competency development. Much attention has been paid to the search and analysis of massive online courses in entrepreneurship and leadership. The survey examined the attitudes of members of the Business Women‘s Association towards distance learning, their knowledge of it and the need for the association to have a structured catalog. Based on the obtained results, a system of MOOC and OER catalogs was developed. Following a feasibility study of the system, the members of the association rated it as a convenient and useful tool, as well as suggestions for its improvement. In this work, a system was created and implemented that provides members of the Business Women Association with opportunities to develop leadership and entrepreneurship, saving women time to find useful online courses.
