In the second part of the final work- research of Panevezys Republican hospital nursing staff attitudes towards microclimate competence of senior nurses. First, the organization is presented and the research methodology is described. The results of the study and their analysis are then presented. Based on the research, the conclusions are presented at the end of the master's thesis: it was found that the strengthening of effective internal communication within the organization takes place through the stress management aspect of senior nurses: the better senior nurses manage stressful situations, the communication between employees is smoother and clearer. Strengthening internal communication, senior nurses need to pay special attention to managing their stress. The pride of nursing staff in working in an organisation depends largely on the level of professional knowledge of senior nurses. To make nursing staff proud to work for this organization, senior nurses have: to be able to solve any professional task on their own or with the help of a team; to motivate employees to work as well as possible in various ways and to demand disciplinary treatment of all employees at work. A strong positive correlation was found between the personal competence of senior nurses and positive human relationships: more often the manager resolves conflicts without delegating problem solving to others, communication with subordinates is better. In addition, the better senior nurses manage themselves in stressful situations, the less likely employees are to leave the organisation due to psychological disagreements with a supervisor and / or co-workers. Therefore, by improving human relationships in the organization, senior nurses need to improve their conflict resolution and stress management skills. A strong association was found between the personal competence of senior nurses and the altruism and the initiation of change. Therefore, to improve the range of declared values of the organisation and, accordingly, the microclimate of the organisation, senior nurses should improve their personal competence: to be constantly altruistic in communicating with subordinates and with patients and always initiate change for a better result. |
