Experimental model was created according to a hypothetical and conceptual models, empirical research results. The object of the project – block of modern apartments in Kaunas city. During the experiment, apartment block with previous chaotic density, discordant morfhotypes, no functional variety and recreational area were established as safe and comfort block referring to neighborhood principals, where irrational areas were given new functions with rational inner bonds and qualitative local infrastructure services. |
