The master's graduation essay analyzes the theoretical regularities of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate production, technological production realization solutions. Possibilities for improvement of production technology are evaluated. In this work, a review of the literature data, analysis of the technological process, improvement of the technological process is proposed. The technological scheme of the production process was also designed, the equipment was selected, and the mass flows were calculated and evaluated. Construction solutions were provided, financial and economic calculations were performed, an environmental assessment and an occupational risk assessment related to the safety and health of employees were performed. |
