Abstract [eng] The aim of this study is to facilitate behavior analysis in different type information systems for user experience experts. This could be done by defining the process of sequence analysis and implementing the tool for it. Information systems browsing data is stored in the web logs. Extraction and analysis of this data can reveal the user experience. The paper refines an aspects of sequence analysis from web log data to essential criteria and provides suitable visualization options. Distinguished criteria: time spent analysis, frequent sequential patterns or sequential pattern rules, funnel analysis, visualizations and clustering. To achieve this goal the methodology was developed, that reveals the key steps that need to be done in order to apply sequence analysis to information systems web log data. Summarizing the 15 evaluations received from the experts, the recommended priorities of the analysis criteria for different types of information systems are distinguished using analytical hierarchy process. It has been found that in e-commerce systems it is recommended to perform funnel analysis and visualization of real sequences. Perform clustering and time spent analysis for web application or forum, social networks information systems. For corporate sites perform funnel analysis and find sequential rules, and for the news portals and blogs IS, find combinations of frequent sequences and sequential rules. According to the created methodology, the prototype system has been created, that uses three different type information systems web log data. Different reports has been created for each system where summarized results are displayed.
