| Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this study is focused on the typology of human errors, performance shaping factors and the human error probability evaluation in production processes. The paper reveals human reliability analysis methods used for human error identification and theoretical human error probability calculation. Analysis of production data assisted to find processes that have reduced OEE rate due to human error. In further human error analysis, performance shaping factors are evaluated and the theoretical probabilities of such errors are quantified. Then the riskiest steps in the process where human error is most likely to occur are excluded. Afterwards, quantified human error probabilities are compared with the actual production data and the differences between practical and theoretical calculations are discussed. Eventually, technical measures to reduce human errors in the production process are proposed and the equipment is designed. |
