Abstract [eng] |
Heat and mass transfer processes of water injected into the stream of wet biofuel flue gas in a contact condensing economizer in the droplet condensation and evaporation mode were numerically modelled. A review of the literature on the topic of water injection in condensing economizers has been performed. Peculiarities of heat and mass transfer processes in water droplet evaporation and condensation modes are discussed and highlighted. A mathematical model was developed to describe the heat and mass exchange of a droplet in the wet biofuel flue gas stream by the balance method. The methodology of numerical research is discussed and its versatility with respect to the changing modes of droplet phase transformations is highlighted. Droplet heat and mass transfer processes for water injection in condensing economizer technology under typical boundary conditions have been numerically modeled. A graphical interpretation of droplet heating and phase transformations is presented. The interaction of composite heat and mass transfer processes of water droplets under typical boundary conditions of condensing economizer technology are defined. Factors defining the interaction of processes and the influence of the temperature of biofuel flue gas on the heating and phase transformations of injected water droplets are named. The results of the study are summarized in 6 conclusions. |
