Abstract [eng] The tourism and services sector is suffering from one of the biggest health crises in the world, which has stopped all tourism and services. A Covid-19 pandemic is a virus that can be contracted by simply inhaling it, either in the vicinity of a Covid-19-infected person, or by touching contaminated surfaces and then your eyes, nose, or mouth. It is a virus that has stopped the entire tourism and services sector, knowing that hotels and wellness resorts are particularly vulnerable to declining tourism, travel and economic slowdowns, and this virus has become a major challenge for businesses.
