The aim of the present research was to identify and select alfalfa (Medicago), their callus cultures and lupins (Lupinus) in vitro varieties which accumulate the highest amount of bioactive compounds and to present technological line of β - galactosidase extraction of lupins (Lupinus). The highest contents of bioactive compounds were in alfalfa Antane and lupins - VB Derliai. |
