The objective of the Master's thesis is to analyse and compare colour reproduction capabilities and accuracy on various types of paper using Xerox and Konica Minolta printing machinery Xerox Colour 550, Xerox 700iDCP, Konica bizhub PRO C6501 and Konica Minolta bizhub PRO C6000L. Distortion of the colour was analysed applying spectrophotometry method to determine CIE L*a* ΔE colour coordinates and colour differences in comparison to standard. Technological part of the paper presents labour costs and time allocation for the implementation of technological operations, quality control and work safety. In addition, calculations are provided including equipment, labour force and premises for production. Economic part of the paper focuses on the analysis of the expenditure on subdivision project and five-year production costs as well as break-even point and profitability. |
