This thesis provides a brief analysis of technology behind preparation of hard and soft coated (glued and sewed - glued) books, binded brochures and commercial press in joint-stock company \"Spindulio spaustuvė\". Analysis will include advantages and disadvantages of an internal drum violet platesetter, when compared to other types of ctp (computer to plate) devices. In adition, technological design was done for prepress works, devices were chosen, calculations made to get required quantities of devices, workers. Company's premises plan (which incuded locations of devices and furniture) was designed according to technological calculations. Quality control that is carried out in printing house's prepress section described. work safety requirements were analysed and risk factors assessed. ecology analysis was also carried out in the company. As a final result, analysis of printing house's prepress technology designing and instalation background was done, company's prepress spendings calculated, long- and short-term properties assessed and time required to turn printing house's activity into profit foreseen. conculsion and suggestions are provided at the end of this thesis. |
