Abstract [eng] In the Master's final project \"Laser Production Technologies for Covers of Mobile Devices\" a new product is developed - solar charger for mobile devices. Product development is based on laser production technology, whose analysis showed the possibilities and usage of it for other processes to implement. First of all, an overview of some laser cutting machine technology characteristics are compared with each other and the most suitable machine for this project is selected - Laser Pro S290SL. Light generated voltage measurements were performed in different environments using solar cells and it was found that they generate equal power in the daylight and under artificial lighting indoors, which helped to realize that this product can offer customers what no other competitors can do – independent mobile device charging with no need of an electrical outlet at any time of the day in the outside or in a lighted room. In this project, product prototype is created, design of the new product vision is established, operation running is overviewed and the benefits of the product, its compatibility, cost and potential brand are discussed, also. Technological production scheme with the technological processes is described, work time calculations are carried out and the number of needed staff and equipment chosen for production is found. Production, administrative, auxiliary, public rooms are designed with equipment layout plan; the areas of the premises are calculated and indicated. Industrial safety, occupational risk assessment and the risk reduction action plan are reviewed. Product environmental analysis leaded to the conclusion that this innovative product has market advantages and the economic and financial calculations noted that the project pays off in the first year of existence. At the end of the project, conclusions and suggestions are presented.
