This Master's final project analyzes screen printing technology with photo luminescent paint, used in advertising products by UAB LAZERTECHAS. The Scientific research part examines the possibility of use of a photo luminescent paint in advertising. Luminescence intensity evaluation studies were done, to analyze photo luminescent paint intensity on different materials. The possibility of screen printing technology of printing with photo luminescent paint was assessed. The screen printing workflow was designed and the annual production volume estimated. The work term, the required equipment, staff and the amount of production space calculations were made. The company conducted quality control, environmental health and safety requirements of ecology were determined. The existing and possible risks for UAB LAZERTECHAS were identified. The tolerance level of risk was set and calculated. The proposals how to improve working conditions were made. The Financial economic evaluation part analyzes the innovation installation environment, with PEST and SWOT methods. The project investments and its funding sources were set. Production volume was set by analyzing production planning process. Rate of production and operating costs were assessed. The realizable exceptional costs were estimated, along with the project earnings and the cash flow. The screen printing with photo luminescent paint payback time norm was set. The paper ends with conclusions and recommendations. |
