Abstract [eng] Master’s thesis project investigation of executable about coated textile materials and compounds exploitation characteristic. This paper has been subjected to textile materials of bi-axial stretching and bi-axial seam stretching to the brake point test. The test analyzes the properties of textile materials to determine the parameters of textile materials punch. The results of this test are relevant to development of collection technologies, where the results of the investigation are applicable to technology of the product. Relevant information from an appropriate scientific literature search and analysis concluded the properties of basic coated textile materials and other problems analyzed by researchers. Master’s thesis methodology was created under other authors tests. In order to identify the properties of breathable-Coated fabric were carried bi-axial punch research. Under the study of bi-axial punch of seams was set seam strength parameters, calculated seam allowance, determine textile material elongation. In this paper were designed five originals models of sport outdoor clothing collection for men and women. Collections main source of inspiration and idea was selected coral reef fish, which not only fulfilled a variety of colors, but also the movement trajectory of the framing of the design. The basic model of designed collection has been analyzed, submitted technical sketch, which was set up the production technology, described seam and production equipment. The annexes provide the basic and model design drawings, process drawings of join create patterns. In the end of this paper contains project findings and recommendations.
