| Abstract [eng] |
This paper describes quality control and prevention posibilities in Fusarium spp. contaminated cereals. Performed assay analysing the combination of different technological tools in order to ensure unchanged quality and decrease dry matter and economical losses of grains: (i) rapid acoustic method for DON detection (results compared to ELISA); (ii) application of electrochemical sensors for gas, resulting from the storage of the grains, monitoring; (iii) use of different LAB strains to prevent Fusarium spp. contamination in grains. |
