Abstract [eng] |
Two HVDC technologies will be put in service from 2016 in Lithuania. In this paper work most recent VSC HVDC technology will be analysed and research is carried out with various power network parameters. The objective of this Master Thesis final work is to analyse dynamic performance of 330 kV transmission network including synchronous generator and VSC HVDC transmission resulting from various system failures. Special attention is given for modelling synchronous generator and HVDC transmission system. All models are modelled in MATLAB/Simulink. Various interference as a three-phase short-circuit, loss of load and loss of transmission line is often the cases in modern energy systems and these regimes justifies cornerstones to dynamic systems. |
