The calculation and comparison of the main characteristics and parameters of the three-phase induction motor when the stator geometrical and electromagnetic parameters not changed, while the cage rotor replaced solid, double-layer isotropic and double-layer anisotropic presented in this project. The calculation algorithm of parameters and characteristics for double-layer anisotropic rotor is performed. The calculation characteristics of 7,5 kW, 2p=4 ir 22 kW, 2p=4 induction motor with different rotors are made. The influence on characteristics of the motor and parameters of double-layer anisotropic rotor such as the cylindrical rotor thickness, the material, change of magnetic permeability, specific resistance, air gap size of are made. The comparative analysis of the calculated basic characteristics of investigated motors with different rotors and start-up quality and motor power exploitation factors are presented. |
